Handling Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET are typically processed the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Transit time begins after your order leaves our warehouse and reflects the carrier’s best estimate.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays can occur. Rural areas and peak shipping periods may add 1–2 business days.
Carriers
We ship with leading national carriers such as USPS and UPS.
The carrier is selected automatically based on speed, package weight, and destination so your order can be sent using the most reliable available option.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after a label is created.
Shipping Addresses
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by address-entry errors.
P.O. Boxes are typically supported for Standard Shipping through USPS.
APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are supported through USPS and may require additional transit time.
Once an order has been fulfilled, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.
Split Shipments
To help your order arrive as efficiently as possible, items may occasionally ship in more than one package.
If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delivery Issues
Marked “Delivered” but not received?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your home or building
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Look for a carrier notice
- Wait 1–2 business days, as some carriers mark packages delivered slightly before final drop-off
If your package is still missing after that, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
Although this is rare, shipping issues can happen.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the shipping box
- photos of the packing materials
- photos of the affected item or items
We’ll review the issue and help make it right as quickly as possible.
Weather & Heat Sensitivity
Our products are packed to travel safely, but shipping carriers do not provide temperature-controlled transit.
If your area is experiencing extreme heat or cold, you may want to choose Express Shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly.
If you need to cancel or adjust an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and carrier peak periods, processing or transit times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
