Shipping

We work hard to get your baby-care essentials to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about handling times, rates, tracking, and common questions.

Handling Time

  • Same Business Day processing for orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Next Business Day processing for orders placed after 3:00 PM ET.
  • “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Time zone guide: 3:00 PM ET = 2:00 PM CT = 1:00 PM MT = 12:00 PM PT.

Shipping Options & Rates (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) = $7
  • Express Shipping (2 business days) = $12
  • Free Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) on orders $20+

Transit time begins after your order leaves our warehouse (within one business day), and is the best estimate provided by the carrier. Carriers may deliver before or after the estimated delivery date. Rural areas and carriers’ peak season volumes may add 1–2 days.

Carriers

We ship with leading national carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). The carrier is selected automatically based on speed, weight, and destination to get you the fastest reliable service.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Addresses

  • Please enter a complete and accurate address. We’re not responsible for delays due to address errors.
  • P.O. Boxes: Usually ship via USPS (Standard).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS; allow additional transit time.
  • Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to modify the shipping address.

Split Shipments

To speed delivery, items may ship in more than one package at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received?
    1. Check around your home and with neighbors.
    2. Look for a notice from the carrier.
    3. Wait 1–2 business days (some carriers pre-scan).
    4. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged or leaking items: Although this is rare, it can happen, especially is carriers are extra rough with your package. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box, packing, and product so we can make it right.

Weather & Heat Sensitivity

Our products are packed to travel safely, but carriers don’t offer temperature-controlled transit. If your area is experiencing extreme heat or cold, consider choosing Express.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, reach out immediately after purchase. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and carrier peak periods, processing or transit may be extended by 1–2 business days.
